Limo House US Inc. is a growing luxury transportation company serving New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. We are looking for a motivated Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative to join our team. No experience required - we are willing to train the right person.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and customer inquiries Coordinate reservations and transportation schedules Communicate with chauffeurs and clients Monitor trips and assist with dispatch operations Enter and update information in our reservation system Provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
Strong communication skills Basic computer skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable and detail-oriented Customer service experience is a plus, but not required
