At Prospera Succession Partners, we are a multi-generational team dedicated to serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families. Our mission is to build enduring relationships rooted in trust, discretion, and thoughtful financial planning. We take a personalized approach with our clients and value transparency above all. We believe it is our duty not only to help families maximize their income and assets but also to inspire them to make the most of their lives — and we craft plans for their future that reflect this purpose. Client Implementation Specialist As the Client Implementation Specialist, you play a pivotal role in this growing financial planning practice. • You enjoy coordination and detail work — you manage 10+ open items without losing track
    • You have a growth mindset — you treat operational work as a craft, and you continuously improve your efficiency
    • You are direct — comfortable nudging a client who's dragging their feet
    • You are polished and discreet — HNW and UHNW clients feel cared for, and sensitive information stays sensitive
    • You are tech-adoptive — you pick up new software quickly and you're genuinely curious about other tools that improve how you work
    • You think across systems — you see the connections between Redtail, AssetMark, eMoney, OneNote, and you look for ways to make them flow together Responsibilities
