Job Description:
Our client, a leading education organization, is seeking enthusiastic, thoughtful, and highly motivated problem solvers to join its new enrollments team. This team is passionate about creating innovative customer experiences and building strong relationships with clients and business partners. Enrollment Specialists provide support through phone, live chat, email, and social media channels. Responsibilities include enrollment assistance, billing support, issue resolution, and helping clients access backup support when unexpected needs arise.

Through the end of the year Key Responsibilities Deliver best-in-class customer service tailored to each client's needs Manage inquiries and concerns via phone, email, chat, and social media Participate in outbound calling campaigns as needed Accurately document customer information in internal systems Personalize conversations to create positive, memorable experiences Flex between communication channels and special projects as business needs require Follow established procedures, guidelines, and policies Build strong working relationships with team members and business partners Strive for first-contact resolution and follow up as needed feedback and ideas to improve processes and the overall family experience Desired Skills & Qualifications Strong customer service mindset and desire to help others Self-motivated and able to work independently Excellent organization and time-management skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong phone handling and active listening skills Clear written and verbal communication Intermediate computer skills and ability to work across multiple applications Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills Prior remote call center experience preferred Flexible schedule with occasional overtime 2-3 years of customer support experience (phone, chat, and/or email) High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred Bilingual English/Spanish a plus Remote Work Environment Requirements Dedicated, distraction-free workspace Ability to remain focused at a desk for the duration of the shift Reliable high-speed internet connection (equipment provided) Childcare or pet care arranged during work hours Ability to be on camera during training and meetings Consistent attendance and punctuality All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
