5:30 pm EST Mon-Thurs, and 8:30 am
5 pm EST on Friday.

Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls from customers and clients, ensuring their needs are addressed efficiently and courteously Provide detailed information about products, services, or account details, demonstrating strong product knowledge and customer support skills Assist customers with inquiries related to billing, account updates, technical issues, or service requests Document all interactions accurately using data entry skills within our customer relationship management (CRM) system Follow established call center protocols to handle high call volumes while maintaining quality service standards Engage in active listening to understand customer concerns fully and offer appropriate solutions or escalate issues when necessary Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds Experience Previous experience in a call center environment or customer service role is preferred but not required ; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn! Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency in English and other languages are highly advantageous for serving our diverse clientele Strong data entry and typing skills to ensure accurate record keeping during calls Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills to navigate multiple software platforms seamlessly Demonstrated sales aptitude or ability to promote products/services naturally during conversations is a plus Excellent communication skills, including active listening, clear articulation, and professional phone etiquette Experience with outbound calling or client outreach is beneficial but not mandatory; training will be provided for all new team members
