Job Description

APPLIED SYSTEMS EPIC EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
This is the perfect fit for someone semI-retired or returning to the insurance industry. Remote work is available after suitable training. Insurance agency experience is also a must. Resumes without required experience listed will not be considered.

Our office is well established and we are looking to find the right individual that will fit into our corporate culture; professional with a relaxed atmosphere. We are currently seeking a CSR who will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and prospects when they contact us for assistance. Experience with Applied Systems EPIC agency management system. Working knowledge of Travelers, The Hartford, Progressive, Utica, National General, Mercury, and many other carriers and MGA's that work with independent agencies. Experience in
Personal Lines Responsibilities:
Data customer and policy data entry into the Epic platform Process customer policy change requests. Complete Evidence of Insurance requests. Document each customer contact in the agency management system. Interact with customers in a friendly and helpful manner. Take premium payments from existing customers Provide exceptional customer service. Assure customer satisfaction, respond to questions, solicit further sales and resolve problems Build strong relationships with customers to maintain a high level of retention and product loyalty Provide ongoing support to insurance clients as needed Requirements Working knowledge of Applied Systems Epic Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. Excellent communication/interpersonal skills. Confident, self-starter who works well independently and with others. Great Customer Service Skills.
