General Clerk Representative - Accredo - Remote

The primary function of this role is to support the Clinical team with administrative duties and to complete outbound calls to patients/MDO for designated programs.

This role is responsible for:

+ Making outbound calls to patients who are scheduled for a Clinical Assessment and to then transfer the patient to the Clinical Nurse. + Making outbound calls to MDO for data collection. + Faxing documents to designated recipients. + Scanning documents into the patients profiles/drive. + Adhering to quality and production standards while complying with all applicable company, state and federal safety and environmental programs and procedures. + Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or GED + 1 year of experience in customer service + Ability to work in collaboration with a team + Specialty Pharmacy/Call Center experience preferred + Knowledge of MS Suite (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint). If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 18 - 27 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
