Full-Time About Us:

Fountain Hills Golf Carts specializes in new and custom EZGO golf carts, along with repairs, maintenance, upgrades, and accessories. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality carts and top-tier customer service to our community in Fountain Hills and surrounding areas.

What You'll Do:

This is a hybrid role perfect for someone who enjoys both working with their hands and interacting with customers. Assist customers in selecting, customizing, and purchasing golf carts and accessories Diagnose and repair electric and gas-powered golf carts (primarily EZGO models) Perform routine maintenance (batteries, electrical systems, brakes, tires, suspension, etc.) Install upgrades such as lifts, wheels/tires, lighting, sound systems, seating, and enclosures Conduct pre-delivery inspections and prepare carts for customer pickup or delivery Support showroom presentation and keep carts clean, organized, and ready for sale Provide excellent customer service in-person, over the phone, and during service calls Maintain a clean, organized shop and accurately document work performed

What We're Looking For:

Experience in sales, customer service, or mechanical work (golf cart, automotive, or small engine experience is a plus, but we will train the right person) Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge (including batteries and troubleshooting) Comfortable talking with customers and recommending products/upgrades Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a shop environment Flexible availability (some Saturdays may be required)
