Temp-to-Perm About the Opportunity We are seeking professional, customer-focused Healthcare Intake & Client Services Coordinators to support a growing healthcare services organization operating across multiple states. This position serves as the first point of contact for individuals seeking healthcare and home care services. You will answer inbound inquiries, gather information, explain available services, schedule appointments, and connect prospective clients with the appropriate local teams. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in healthcare enrollment, Medicaid, insurance, home care, scheduling, intake, admissions, customer service, or call center operations. Responsibilities Client Intake & Support Answer inbound calls from prospective clients, family members, referral sources, and healthcare consumers Gather and document client information accurately Explain available healthcare and home care services Schedule consultations, assessments, and follow-up appointments Route inquiries to the appropriate local office or operational team Provide compassionate and professional customer service Customer Service & Communication Communicate effectively via phone, email, text, and virtual platforms Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner Follow up with prospective clients and referral sources Help individuals navigate available services and next steps Documentation & Data Management Maintain accurate records within CRM and intake systems Document all client interactions and communications Track inquiries, referrals, and follow-up activities Ensure data accuracy and completeness Problem Resolution Address client questions and concerns Escalate complex situations appropriately Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive client experience Qualifications Previous healthcare, insurance, enrollment, intake, scheduling, admissions, customer service, or call center experience preferred Strong communication and active listening skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Comfortable learning new systems and technology High-speed internet connection and dedicated home workspace Preferred Qualifications Medicaid or Managed Care experience Home Care or Healthcare Services experience Healthcare Enrollment experience Medical Scheduling experience Insurance Customer Service experience Patient Access, Referral, or Intake experience Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred What We Offer Competitive hourly compensation Fully remote work environment Weekly pay Temp-to-perm opportunity with long-term growth potential Comprehensive training and support Professional development opportunities Benefits available in accordance with eligibility requirements Opportunity to make a meaningful impact helping individuals access healthcare services If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and providing exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply today.
