Job Description
C&S has an immediate opening for a full-time Hybrid Customer Support Specialist supporting a large healthcare program. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a stable organization and transition into a permanent role.
Schedule & Work Environment:
Monday-Friday Training:
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (on-site)
After Training:
8:30 AM - 5:00
PM Hybrid Schedule:
3 days work-from-home, 2 days in-office (Jefferson City)
Job Responsibilities:
Review and enter client information to determine eligibility for medical assistance programs Make occasional outbound calls to gather or clarify information Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case updates Assist with processing applications, renewals, and inquiries Explain program guidelines and next steps to clients in a clear, professional manner Meet daily performance and quality goals
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment Good communication and customer service skills Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Adaptable to changes in policies and procedures
PREFERRED
