Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Associate to join our Nolensville team! This role is perfect for someone eager to start a career in insurance, with a willingness to obtain their Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance Agent License in Tennessee. You'll work closely with our experienced team, learning the ins and outs of P&C insurance while providing exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in understanding their insurance needs and recommend appropriate P&C policies (e.g., home, auto, and business insurance). Follow up on leads, build relationships, and close sales under the guidance of licensed agents. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns. Study for and pass the Tennessee P&C licensing exam within the first 90 days Stay updated on industry trends and insurance products to better serve clients.
Qualifications:
No prior insurance experience or license required—we'll help you get licensed! Willingness to obtain a Tennessee Property & Casualty Insurance Agent License within 90 days of hire (requires passing the state exam, background check, and fingerprinting). We need someone extremely organized and who also has strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with our clients. Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in the insurance industry. Work from home we will provide equipment! Some office hours will be requested from time to time for meetings and trainings. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred but not mandatory. Valid driver's license. Why Join Us?
