Job Summary:
As an Incoming/Outgoing Call Center Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward by engaging existing patients via outbound calls. Your goal will be to build positive relationships, promote our services, and achieve sales targets while ensuring an exceptional customer journey.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to patients in our own database and receive incoming call from same, reintroducing our services, and explaining their health and financial benefits. Reach out to existing customers for follow-ups, upselling, and ensuring patient satisfaction. Use active listening and communication skills to identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in our EMR system. Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics, including sales targets and call quality standards. Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to enhance overall patient experience. Stay updated with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers. Handle patient objections and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner. Continuously seek opportunities to improve call scripts, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a call center or telemarketing role, preferably in a sales-driven environment. Excellent verbal communication skills with a natural flair for building rapport with patients. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and upsell services. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong work ethic and a positive attitude, even in challenging situations. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
