Job Description

Agency Services Associate Are you a problem-solver who thrives on providing outstanding service? We are seeking motivated Agency Services Associates to join our team and act as a vital support system for our independent insurance partners and policyholders. If you are passionate about helping others, skilled at navigating technical systems, and want to build a career in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment, we want to talk to you. In this role, you will be the frontline representative in a dynamic call center environment, helping our partners and customers resolve billing, policy, and technical inquiries.
What You Bring Experience:
Up to 2 years of experience in a customer service environment (call center experience is a plus).
Education:
High School diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor s degree is preferred.
Core Skills:
Excellent phone etiquette, great listening skills, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Aptitude:
Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn industry-specific software.
Remote Readiness:
If working remotely, you must have a hardwired internet connection with speeds of at least 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
The Details Pay:
Starting at $21.51/hour. Once you convert to a permanent employee, you will earn $43,500 annually
Schedule:
Monday•Friday, 8:00am•6:00pm EST.
Flexibility:

Interpret and verify policy transactions, explain underwriting guidelines, and provide technical troubleshooting for our software systems.

Partner with internal teams to resolve complex billing and policy issues while identifying opportunities to improve our workflows. Commit to
