Insurance Agency Support-Property Casualty

Schaub Insurance Agency, Inc. is a woman-owned independent insurance agency. We have over two decades of industry experience working with business owners, individuals, and families. We will always put the customer first, and work to keep insurance simplified. We were recently awarded North County's "Best Insurance Company" for 2024 and 2025, and due to our continued growth and success, we are currently seeking a remote service representative. In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for providing customer service and supporting the agency by servicing existing accounts for both personal lines and commercial lines. This position is ideal for those newer to insurance (1-3 years experience), already licensed (please include your license number when applying), and looking to grow!! Responsibilities Position is to support service work for personal lines and commercial lines, including: Review policies and endorsements for accuracy Handle renewal processing from start to finish Look for opportunities to upsell/cross-sell Support sales agents/new business opportunities when needed General clerical duties, and administrative tasks, as needed Preferred Skills and Qualifications Enthusiastic about the role insurance plays in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams Self-motivated and efficient Attention to detail is critical Work independently and be resourceful Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and be able to multi-task Strong customer service mindset and background Excellent written communication skills Minimum of 1-2 years insurance industry work experience Ability to work within a team, and have an effective relationship with clients, carriers and other businesses Knowledge of QQ Catalyst, a plus Must have property-casualty insurance license Hourly pay plus agency bonus Contact us today!
