Job Description
Overview eSOZO is a Managed Service Provider located in central NJ for over 20 years. We are currently looking for a Technician to work onsite at one of our clients in Morristown, NJ. On average, this role will be on site at the client 4 days a week, and the 5th day would be remote. A strong proficiency in both Windows and IOS is necessary for this position. There is also a large amount of customer interfacing, so customer service skills are a must. Responsibilities Provides services through telephone, email, and face-to-face contact. Assembles hardware and installs or deletes software to ensure all hardware and software are working properly. Troubleshoots computer equipment to confirm it is running correctly. Recovers any lost or accidentally deleted data. Aids in plans, designs and implementation of user networks. Customer Service skills both on the phone and in person. Act as the bridge between Tier1 work and Tier3 Engineers. Ability to complete Tier1 and some Tier2 tickets. On-Site and remote client support.

Proficient In:
Workstation support, Windows and IOS. O365, smart phones, tablets.
Experience in:
Network configurations and installations. Firewall Configurations and Installations, WAP Configuration and Assessment. Server Proficiency including but not limited to: Active Directory and Exchange.
Preferences Education:
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Or comparable Trade School. Preferred, Not Required.
