Responsibilities Conduct thorough analysis of client information to recommend appropriate insurance products that meet their unique circumstances. Negotiate policy terms and coverage options to ensure mutual satisfaction while adhering to company guidelines and regulatory standards. Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and maintaining accurate documentation. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and expand existing customer relationships. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining policy details clearly, and guiding clients through the benefits administration process. Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure seamless communication, effective benefits management, and compliance with industry standards. Requirements Valid state license to sell insurance products; active Property & Casualty or Life & Health license required at the time of hire. Experience preferred but we are also open to providing full training. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and persuasively.
