Job Description

Licensed Personal Lines Account Manager We are a growing independent insurance agency seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Licensed Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, servicing personal lines accounts, and identifying opportunities to grow existing business. Responsibilities Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, billing questions, and coverage reviews Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication Identify cross-sell and account rounding opportunities Work closely with producers and agency staff to provide excellent customer service Maintain accurate client and policy information within agency systems Qualifications Active Property & Casualty license Minimum of 2 years of insurance experience preferred Background in health insurance and commercial insurance highly recommended Strong communication and customer service skills Organized, detail-oriented, and team-focused Insurance agency management system or CRM experience is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Supportive team environment Career growth opportunities Stable, growing independent agency If you are a driven insurance professional who values customer relationships and teamwork, we encourage you to apply.
