Licensed Trading Operations Representative Client Services

Our team is seeking a licensed Trading Operations Representative to join our Client Services team in a hybrid role based near Morristown, New Jersey. This position is ideal for a candidate with experience supporting active traders across equities, options, and futures markets. The role combines front-line client support with operational ownership and platform-related trade support in a fast-paced brokerage environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating trading platforms, troubleshooting client issues, and managing operational workflows while delivering a high level of service to sophisticated retail and professional traders. Responsibilities Provide timely and professional support to clients via Slack, email, and phone Assist clients with trading platform functionality, order entry, account-related requests, and trade support Support daily brokerage and trading operations processes Investigate and resolve client and operational issues in coordination with internal teams and clearing firms Monitor and manage operational workflows with strong attention to detail and risk awareness Maintain accurate documentation and follow established supervisory and compliance procedures Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies across the client services function Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in brokerage operations, trading operations, or financial services client support Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required Series 57 preferred or required within 90 days of hire Experience supporting equity, options, and/or futures trading Familiarity with retail trading platforms and order management systems Strong understanding of equity and options markets, trade lifecycle, and brokerage operations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general technical fluency Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment while collaborating effectively across teams Experience with active trader platforms and brokerage operations environments strongly preferred Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $75,000 - $90,000, depending on experience Annual discretionary bonus 401(k) with company match Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance Paid time off Additional Information Hybrid position based near Morristown, NJ Candidates must currently reside within commuting distance of Morristown, NJ FINRA licensing required for consideration
