Job Overview:

We are seeking motivated, coachable, and purpose-driven individuals to join our growing team as licensed (or aspiring) Life Insurance Agents. You will help clients navigate life insurance options, provide education, and support them in securing coverage that meets their needs. This is a commission-based 1099 independent contractor role with flexible scheduling and remote work options. Agents average $50,000•250,000+, with uncapped income potential based on performance.

Responsibilities:

Educate clients on available life insurance and retirement products Conduct client needs analysis and make tailored product recommendations Build and maintain client relationships with integrity and care Stay informed about industry products, changes, and regulations Meet performance goals and contribute to team success

Requirement:

Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S. Strong communication, organization, and people skills Self-starter with a willingness to learn and grow Previous sales, customer service, or financial industry experience is a plus Must be willing to obtain a life insurance license (training provided) Multilingual skills are a plus

Start-Up Requirement:

An initial investment of $199•350 is required to begin, providing full access to our platforms, state license, learning courses, mentorship, and all partnered carriers.
