We're seeking a detail-oriented, service-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the importance of keeping new business and policy service processes moving efficiently. In this role, you'll partner closely with Financial Services Professionals, agents, carriers, and marketers to provide concierge-level support, manage case progression, and ensure a seamless experience from application through policy issue and servicing. Gradient Financial Group is a financial services organization with twelve specialized entities, including Gradient Insurance Brokerage, which provides life and annuity solutions to Financial Services Professionals. What You'll Do Provide white glove, concierge level service for all Financial Services Professionals Build and enrich relationships with Financial Services Professionals and marketers Provide direct correspondence and support for Financial Services Professionals inquires, including calls, emails and face-to-face Serve as a dedicated resource for New Business processes and procedures Process any customer specific mail received Build and maintain relationships with an assigned list of agents and their Life or Annuity book of business Tasks will include calling agents, carriers, and/or transfer companies to ensure cases are moving forward and being issued in a timely manner Provide direct correspondence and support for Financial Services Professionals inquiries, including fielding calls, digital communication via Gradient's technology platform, emails, and face-to-face during events Back up for all Policy Services processing to ensure requests are reviewed same day All other duties as assigned What you Bring High School Diploma or GED - Required Prior insurance or clerical experience - Preferred Basic skill in talking to others to convey information effectively Basic skill in completing assignments accurately and with attention to detail Basic skill in ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously Basic skill in data entry with minimal errors Basic skill in managing one's own time Basic ability to process and handle confidential information with discretion Our Benefits Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits 4 weeks of accrued PTO, plus 9 paid holidays Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) 8 hours of paid volunteer time off (VTO) Ability to work in-office four days per week with one remote workday Ongoing professional development and training A collaborative team that values expertise, initiative, and growth Why You'll Love Working Here At Gradient, we set high expectations, but we back them with support, collaboration, and opportunities to grow.
