Limestone Financial Credit Union, with over $80 million in assets, is seeking a full-time Member Service Representative - eServices to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting the credit union's digital service channels while delivering efficient, secure, and high-quality service to our members through Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs), online banking, mobile banking, and other digital service platforms. Qualified candidates must be technology-focused, detail-oriented, and committed to assisting members with digital banking solutions. Candidates also must have the ability to analyze financial data, prioritize, perform multiple tasks simultaneously and should be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in written form.
