Mobile Service Associate Vaden Automotive Mobile Service - Pooler, GA Vaden Automotive is looking for a Mobile Service Associate to join our growing Mobile Service team. This role is ideal for someone with automotive experience who enjoys working independently, staying organized, and delivering a great customer experience. As a Mobile Service Associate, you will travel locally in a company-provided mobile service vehicle to perform routine maintenance, recalls, and light repairs at customer homes, workplaces, and other approved locations. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to continue growing their automotive career while working in a unique, customer-focused role. What You'll Do Perform vehicle maintenance and repair services, including recalls Travel to designated customer locations in a safe and efficient manner Keep the mobile service unit clean, organized, and properly stocked Communicate professionally with customers and answer questions they may have Accurately document work performed and inspections completed Work closely with service advisors and management regarding appointments and recommendations Participate in manufacturer training and dealership development programs What We're Looking For Automotive service experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required Computer and technology knowledge, including use of laptops, tablets, and mobile devices Ability to work independently and stay organized throughout the day Professional attitude and strong work ethic Personal tools preferred, but not required Why Join Vaden Automotive Mobile Service?
