This role supports a fast-paced contact center environment by handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting members with financial products and services, and ensuring a high level of customer experience through professional communication and efficient multitasking.
- Key Responsibilities
- Respond to high volume inbound and outbound calls
- Provide accurate information on financial products and services
- Perform account transactions in accordance with policies
- Use active listening to understand and address member needs
- Navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Recommend additional products and services
- Maintain compliance with procedures and regulations
- Document member interactions accurately
- Required Skills & Experience
- Customer service experience in high-contact environments such as call centers, administrative roles, or retail
- Experience handling high-volume calls in a structured setting
- Strong data entry skills with attention to accuracy
- Ability to multitask across multiple computer systems
- Professional communication and phone etiquette
- Ability to follow strict policies and procedures
