The Role AutoPoint, a division of Solera, is hiring Inbound and Outbound Customer Service Representatives (CSR). Our Customer Interaction Center CSRs provide valuable solutions to car dealerships by increasing business, driving appointments, and building customer loyalty. We are looking for upbeat and energetic individuals who have a strong desire to ensure excellent customer experiences. What You'll Do
Schedule service appointments for customers on behalf of car dealerships
Effectively communicate promotional incentives to the customers
Remind customers of missed appointments
Field customer questions regarding vehicle appointments
Record customer feedback professionally and accurately

Former telemarketing, call center, or customer service experience preferred but not required
Must have the ability to speak clearly and use professional telephone etiquette
