Job Description
Are you passionate about helping patients access life-changing specialty medications? We are currently hiring for upcoming needs for our Healthcare client! This is more than a call center role-it s a chance to provide personalized service and empathetic support to ensure patients can quickly obtain and complete their therapy. If you are an empathetic self-starter driven by metrics, we want you to join our high-volume production team! 100% Remote US TX

Essential Skills & Experience High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Exceptional, professional verbal communication skills with a friendly, patient-centric focus.Experience:
2-4 years of related outbound Healthcare customer service call center work experience Experience with Microsoft products and ability to multitask using specific software programs while speaking with customers or staff. Ability to type a minimum of 50 WPM and accurately transcribe notes while speaking. Typing assessment is required.
