Outbound Call Center Representative

This is more than a call center role-it s a chance to provide personalized service and empathetic support to ensure patients can quickly obtain and complete their therapy. Start Date:

typically 2-3 weeks from offer

Pay Rate:

$18-20/hr depending on the specific opportunity

Hours:

Training is approx 4-6 weeks from 8AM-5PM CST; after training, must be available for a set schedule between 7AM-7

PM CST What You'll Bring:

Essential Skills & Experience High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Exceptional, professional verbal communication skills with a friendly, patient-centric focus.

Experience:

2-4 years of related outbound Healthcare customer service call center work experience Experience with Microsoft products and ability to multitask using specific software programs while speaking with customers or staff. Ability to type a minimum of 50 WPM and accurately transcribe notes while speaking. Typing assessment is required.
