Priority Surplus is a fast-growing company that focuses on asset recovery opportunities in the distressed real-estate domain. We are looking for motivated and focused individuals who have proven experience working in a call-center environment making a high volume of outbound phone calls, ideally as a fronter / opener. We are looking for a candidate who is also detail-oriented, computer-savvy, organized, and efficient. Our environment here at Priority Surplus is collaborative, fast-paced and fun. No certificate or license is needed. Duties Rapidly make a high volume of outbound calls and text messages to homeowners, using a pre-provided list of phone numbers and a pre-provided script. Get the correct person on the phone, provide a high level introduction, and then transfer the call to the sales team who will then walk through the details of our services and close the deal. Occasionally answer inbound phone calls and direct the call towards the appropriate team-mate internally. Maintain professional phone etiquette to ensure positive interactions and foster trust with respondents Collect and record data accurately through efficient data entry and data collection practices Follow scripted guidelines while remaining flexible to adapt conversations based on responses Requirements Proven experience in a role that requires performing a high volume of outbound phone calls A pleasant phone demeanor is required. Ability to work in a very focused and diligent manner Proven ability to achieve daily goals, multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
