We connect highly qualified school-based professionals including Speech-Language Pathologists, School Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Special Education Teachers, BCBAs, School Nurses, and other related service providers with school districts and educational organizations that rely on their expertise to help students succeed. The Client Services Specialist is responsible for supporting and coordinating the full client submission process for assigned school district and educational accounts. This role partners closely with client service managers, recruiters, credentialing teams, and school district contacts to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality submissions that meet district and client requirements. This position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple systems and workflows. The Client Services Specialist plays a key role in ensuring that candidate submissions for school-based roles are accurate, complete, and aligned with client expectations. The specialist will also monitor and evaluate submission quality, identify discrepancies, and coordinate follow-up with internal production, credentialing, and compliance teams. Success in this role requires a balance of task execution, collaboration, and client service within a fast-paced, deadline-driven staffing environment. What you'll do Submission and Data Management Coordinate, prepare, and validate candidate submissions for assigned school district and educational clients in compliance with client requirements Review candidate presentations to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with client expectations for school-based positions Manage and maintain data integrity across multiple Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and internal systems Conduct critical proofreading of all client submission documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism Generate reports, queries, and documentation to support client accounts and submission activity Client and Recruiter Support Partner closely with recruiters and client service managers to ensure timely and accurate submissions for school-based roles Collaborate with credentialing teams to ensure required documentation, licensure, and onboarding materials meet school district requirements Identify and resolve issues within the submission process, escalating concerns when appropriate Communicate effectively with internal teams and client stakeholders, adapting communication style to diverse audiences Develop a working knowledge of school district operations and educational service delivery models to better support client needs Technology and Systems Work within multiple technology platforms including VMS systems (e.g., VNDLY, WAND, Aya Connect, Workforce Solutions, ShiftWise, Fieldglass) Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other organizational tools used to manage candidate and client data Learn and adapt quickly to new systems and workflows Quality, Compliance, and Confidentiality Ensure compliance with client, regulatory, and company standards Use independent judgment to manage confidential information Validate discrepancies, investigate variances, and ensure appropriate follow-up with production, credentialing, or compliance teams Support adherence to school district onboarding and documentation requirements Operational Excellence Prioritize workflow effectively to meet submission deadlines Maintain focus and accuracy in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Demonstrate a task-oriented mindset and strong drive for accuracy and success Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned Education High School diploma Required Qualifications Healthcare staffing, education staffing, or school-based staffing experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong proofreading, data entry, and database management skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with discretion Preferred Qualifications Experience with VMS platforms (WAND, Aya Connect, Workforce Solutions, ShiftWise, Fieldglass, etc.) General knowledge of school-based services or educational environments Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Education, or related field Prior client services or account management experience in staffing, healthcare, or education industries
Compensation:
The expected base salary range for this position is $43,000 to $55,000 annually. The final compensation offered will be determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Location:
While we as an organization are comfortable with a remote workforce, our preference is to have this individual working a hybrid schedule based in either our Frisco, TX office, or Edmond, OK office.
