Person Lines Agent

Peterson Insurance Services is seeking a motivated professional to join our growing Personal Lines team. We are a service-driven agency that values long-standing client relationships, community involvement, and a positive, team-oriented small business environment. In this role, you'll combine customer service and sales—working with prospective clients while ensuring our existing customers receive exceptional, day-to-day support.

Please note:

This is a fully in-office position. Remote or hybrid work is not available. Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service to prospects and existing clients Provide timely and accurate Personal Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance quotes Assist clients with policy servicing, changes, and claims support Develop strong knowledge of carrier products and quoting platforms Document client interactions using agency systems and procedures Identify cross-selling opportunities within personal lines products Quote life insurance policies (based on experience) Maintain compliance with insurance regulations and underwriting guidelines Qualifications 3+ years of insurance experience Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Active PA P&C insurance license (required) Life, Accident & Health (LA&H) license (or ability to obtain within 6 months) Ability to multitask while maintaining an attention to detail Excellent communication and sales abilities eam-oriented mindset

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
