YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
This is a full-time hybrid position, Monday through Friday, with shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM. As our Plumbing Dispatcher
  • Customer Service Rep, your day starts by logging in with a smile-because you know you're the calm, helpful voice our customers rely on.
You'll answer calls, listen to concerns, and schedule appointments with confidence and care. You'll juggle priorities, ensuring urgent issues are handled fast and efficiently, while maintaining a warm and professional tone. Between calls, you'll help with office admin duties and keep the behind-the-scenes operations humming. Whether you're working from home or in the office, you're the kind of person who keeps things flowing-literally and figuratively.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Friendly demeanor with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with ServiceTitan Call center experience or prior CSR/dispatch experience in the trades industry
