Production / Technical Support Genesis10 life insurance, 401(k) United States, Jersey, Pennington Mar 18, 2026 Genesis10 is currently seeking a Product/Technical Support for a hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role provides first-line support for internal employees via voice and chat channels as part of a 24/7 Global Service Desk. The successful candidate will have excellent customer care skills and a desire to expand their IT knowledge. This is a hybrid position requiring four days in the office and one day working from home, contingent on meeting performance metrics after training.

Responsibilities:

Provide technology support for up to two clients simultaneously via chat channels Perform basic troubleshooting of Microsoft applications and proprietary systems Document tickets clearly for second-line teams when first-line resolution is not possible Effectively manage multiple live chats with internal customers while achieving core operational and quality metrics Partner with regional and international partners to deliver best-in-class client care

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience Excellent client care and customer service skills Ability to work well as a team and build relationships with global partners Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload Ability to multitask and maintain focus on all areas of responsibility concurrently Ability to consistently meet or exceed performance targets and goals Able to work in a fast-paced environment Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook Desired skills: Technology call center and/or customer service experience Ability to utilize multiple resources to determine causes and resolutions of problems and incidents
