$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Job OverviewWe are a growing home inspection company serving Central & Southeast Michigan. We provide residential and commercial inspection services for buyers, sellers, investors, and homeowners. We are seeking a remote Client Services Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for our clients. This role requires a professional phone presence, strong organizational skills, and the ability to ask the right questions to ensure every job is accurately scoped and booked. Our clients include buyers, investors, realtors, insurance agents, lenders, and homeowners, some of whom are dealing with health and safety concerns such as mold issues or significant structural problems. The right candidate will be patient and compassionate on every call, organized and thorough when gathering booking details, and genuinely understanding when a client is worried or needs reassurance. The ability to balance professionalism with real empathy is essential to this role. This is a remote, part-time position working Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM Eastern. You will work independently from home managing a phone line, keeping the schedule organized, and ensuring clients are informed every step of the way. Eligible employees may also participate in a performance-based incentive program after a successful probationary period Duties Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally. Quote and book standard inspection services in Spectora. Collect and verify client, property, and agent information. Explain service options, add-ons, payment timing, and agreement requirements. Return missed calls, respond to texts, and handle reschedules and standard cancellations. Monitor unpaid and unsigned appointments, send reminder messages, and cancel overdue appointments within policy. Review tomorrow's schedule for issues or missing details. Run and submit a weekly inspector pay report by end of day Monday. Review LSA leads, update ratings, and assist with Google review responses. Draft social posts or blog content during slow periods when phone/admin work is fully caught up. (This is a secondary duty — phones and admin always come first.) Escalate commercial, technical, structural, or upset-client situations when needed. Skills Warm and professional phone presence Highly organized and dependable Comfortable switching between calls, texts, scheduling, and admin tasks Able to work independently and stay responsive during a live phone shift Prior customer service, scheduling, or admin experience preferred Canva, social media scheduling, or content-drafting experience is a plus Reliable internet, dependable computer, headset, and quiet workspace required Quick learner who pays attention to detail and takes initiativeBenefits:
