8 am PST to 5 pm EST Monday through Friday What's the Job? Provide courteous, professional, and timely responses to customer inquiries via telephone and written correspondence Identify and address all customer questions and concerns effectively Thoroughly research and understand all aspects of customer requests to deliver accurate solutions Ensure all communication content meets the needs of the target audience Collaborate closely with the Project Support Team to enhance customer experience What's Needed? Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written Strong conversational skills and ability to work independently Attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks in a call center environment High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service or call center roles is desirable What's in it for me?
