As a dynamic and growing company, we are committed to delivering the products our customers need to service their vehicles efficiently. This position will be remote. The hiring and training portion of our on-boarding process will be completed on site at our Memphis location. This process should take 2-4 weeks with a fast-learning candidate. Company will provide desktop computer, two monitors, keyboard and mouse to employee. Additional resources are available. Interviews, initial training, and managerial meetings will be held on site at our offices. Once fully trained, we anticipate this to be no more than 1-2 days per month.

Job Description:

As an Customer Service Manager at Diesel Care and Performance Inc., your role will be crucial in executing daily processes to ensure the flow of business remains profitable and productive.

Your daily objectives will include:

Customer Service:

Utilize online customer service programs such as Teams, ShipStation, Shopify, Birdeye and other relevant tools to assist customers via email, messenger, and phone. Address basic customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Communicating with customers regarding order paperwork, fulfillment, and inventory availability will be a major aspect of this role.

Call Management:

Direct high-volume of incoming calls to the appropriate departments or staff members, ensuring efficient communication within the organization. Ensuring customers are speaking with the right staff member to resolve any issues they are encountering will be paramount in the smooth running of our daily workload.

Sales Calls:

Diesel Care and Performance believes every staff member must have the basic training to assist customers in a sales role. Your role will include conducting follow-up calls to prospective and existing business clients, providing product information, quotes, and support to drive sales and maintain customer relationships. Candidates that have an interest or talent in sales tasks will be given additional opportunities and commission compensation.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service. Ability to navigate online customer service programs and CRM systems. Ability to review inventory levels and fulfill orders accordingly. Proficiency in data entry and attention to detail. A proactive and organized approach to tasks. Automotive industry knowledge or interest is desirable.

PM Breaks:

You will recieve one 1-hour unpaid lunch break.

Weekends:

We are closed on Saturdays, and Sundays, and you will not be asked to work these days.

Compensation and Benefits:

Starting Pay:

$20 per hour Paid Time Off (PTO): PTO program is available after six months of employment. We do not offer health insurance or medical coverage of any kind. Flexible work from home options available.
