Responsibilities In This Role, You Will:
Responsible for responding to daily customer requests, inquiries, and issues through various types of correspondence. Provide thorough, efficient, and accurate documentation and updates in all required systems for each work event. Dependent upon position, identify root cause of issues and concerns, determine resolution, and refer to company Management. Dependent upon position, maintain and organize all pertinent back up information to substantiate payment postings as necessary. Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations relating to job duties. Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with company policies and procedures. Follow up in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction. Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement. Make recommendations to implement improved processes. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate or equivalent relevant work experience desired. Previous call center/customer service experience preferred. Exhibit strong attention to detail. Good mathematical and analytical skills required. Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality. Proficient personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Ability to work in a team fostered environment. Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment. Ability to prioritize and organize work.
For Remote Positions:
The minimum internet speed requirements for remote work are as follows: Broadband internet connection (No DSL, or Dial Up) Hard wired connection required (no Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi hotspots)
Speed Test Results:
25 mbps download, 20 mbps upload
