Remote Customer Service Representative

JOB TITLE

Customer Service Representative Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our daily office operations. This role focuses on managing office alerts, assisting customers, and helping ensure smooth day-to-day workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and respond to office alerts in a timely manner Provide friendly and professional customer support via phone, email, or in person Assist with daily office tasks and administrative duties Resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues when necessary Maintain accurate records and documentation Support team members with general operational needs

Qualifications:

Previous customer service experience preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills (email, data entry, office software) Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

REQUIREMENTS

Bilingual (Spanish) Be able to obtain or possess a Property and Casualty within 90 days of hire Driven and goal-oriented individual/ Self-Starter Prior Insurance Experience is a PLUS!
