Job Description

Remote Customer Service Representative Join our dynamic team as a Remote Customer Service Representative and become the crucial link between our organization and our valued clients. In this engaging role, you will deliver exceptional support by answering inquiries about financial products and services, resolving customer issues promptly, and ensuring every interaction enhances the customer experience-all from the comfort of your own home. Required Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of customer service or call center experience Experience in financial services, banking, or lending Basic knowledge of loan products and financial terminology Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities Ability to multitask across multiple systems while engaging with customers Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) and a quiet workspace Nice to
Have Skills:
Bilingual communication skills Advanced knowledge of loan processing and financial regulations Experience with customer satisfaction metrics management
Preferred Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent At least 2 years' experience in customer service within financial services or related fields
