Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the friendly voice representing Luxe Home Health, delivering exceptional customer support and client services via phone and digital channels. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help build trust with clients, resolve inquiries efficiently, and contribute to our mission of compassionate healthcare. Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Provide accurate information about services, appointments, and billing processes with clarity and patience. Assist clients with data entry tasks, updating records accurately in our systems using Microsoft Office tools. Handle outbound calling to follow up on appointments or gather feedback to improve service quality. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive interactions with diverse clients. Support clients in troubleshooting basic issues related to healthcare services or scheduling. Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and resolutions for quality assurance purposes. Experience Previous call center experience or customer support roles preferred; experience in healthcare or client services is a plus. Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse client base effectively. Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and typing speed. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills required. Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual capabilities are advantageous. Experience with outbound calling campaigns or sales is beneficial but not mandatory. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
