Job Summary We are hiring a Remote Customer Support Rep for a contract assignment supporting a healthcare services program. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound and outbound customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with program eligibility questions, available services, and required next steps.
- Review, process, and verify customer documentation accurately.
- Provide empathetic and clear customer support while maintaining service quality standards.
- Document customer interactions and follow established call center procedures.
