SCOTT EXPERIENCE
MANAGER, Sydney Dowd Gillen, our
SCOTT EXPERIENCE AGENTS
are the lifeblood of our brands and business. They are the first point of contact for our customers and are the reason they return to our brands and sites. Through a core competency in product expertise and a true passion to differentiate the customer experience we drive retention and increase purchase frequency. Our SCOTT Experience team will deliver our customers a white glove, red carpet, concierge level experience whether they are purchasing their first bike, asking for product or gear advice, or assembling their custom dream build. Building relationships through seamless communications, critical thinking, problem solving, expert ownership, and sharing a passion for bikes and the outdoors will drive our world-class service. With every interaction, we are looking to elevate hospitality for our customers. SCOTT Experience Agents will own all aspects of customer contacts from phone, email, and chat to ensure all customer needs are met and their problems solved.
EXAMPLES OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Understand the needs, goals, and aspirations of our customers
  • Communicate effectively in personal and group settings
  • Resolve emerging challenges

  • Manage requests for orders, returns, exchanges, and product information
  • Communicate business messaging around product and program launches
  • Work quickly and effectively to support our retailers and reps

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE
  • 2-3 years in a sales and/or customer service representative role; within bike or outdoor industry preferred
  • An amazing attitude, empathy, and incredible aptitude, willingness, and ability to support our customers
  • Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced work environment
  • Cool under pressure
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
