Job Summary:

This role focuses on enhancing customer experience through advanced data analysis and strategic insights. You will partner with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve issues impacting guest and host satisfaction. The position requires independent execution and delivering actionable recommendations to leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct deep dives to identify drivers of customer experience issues and propose solutions. Design, execute, and analyze experiments to measure the impact of quality initiatives. Apply causal inference methods to assess the true effect of various changes. Utilize LLMs and AI for insights from unstructured data and scaling root-cause analysis. Develop and validate metrics for monitoring customer experience health and identifying emerging issues.

Must-Have Skills:

8+ years of experience in advanced analytics or data science. Strong hands-on expertise in SQL and Python/R. Proven experience with A/B testing and causal inference techniques.

Domain Experience:

Marketplace, Product Analytics, Customer Experience, or Trust & Safety.
