Salary Range:

Responsibilities New Customer Onboarding - starts with a friendly outreach to ensure they have access to their policies and more. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a friendly and helpful demeanor. Provide accurate information about Ziegler Insurance Group's products and services. Assist customers with policy-related questions and basic administrative tasks. Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services to meet customer needs. Process customer requests and update account information accurately. Collaborate with the sales team to support their efforts and transition interested customers.
