Base Salary :
Starting at $40,000/year (Emerging Tier).
Total Compensation :
First-year agents typically earn $55,000
  • $70,000+, with elite performers exceeding $100,000+ through uncapped commissions.
In-Person Collaboration :
This role is based in our Pottstown office at least 4 days per week to foster teamwork and real-time coaching.
The Role:
Protection & Relationship Building As a Senior Service Agent, you are the antidote to \"Mayhem\". You will focus on \"bundling deep\" into households—prioritizing the core Auto and Home relationship before expanding into Life and Specialty coverages.
High-Leverage Activity :
You will spend 3+ hours of talk time daily, engaging in proactive protection reviews and cross-sell opportunities.
Service-to-Sales :
You will master the art of transitioning inbound service inquiries into comprehensive policy reviews to identify coverage gaps.
Expertise :
You'll explain complex terms like \"deductibles\" or \"liability\" in plain English, ensuring our customers feel empowered, not confused.
Salary Range:
$40,000.00
  • $75,000.

Training Unlimited PTO Parental Leave Health Insurance Requirements Core Responsibilities & Performance Goals Production :
Maintain a minimum of 20+ High Impact Tasks per month (unconvering cross sell opportunities, generating life referrals, Google reviews, and more).
Protection Reviews :
Conduct deep-dive reviews to ensure our tech-savvy homeowners have no gaps in their protection.
Client Retention & Advocacy :
Serve as the primary point of contact for service needs, using every interaction as an opportunity to reinforce the value of the agency through networking and referral requests.
Documentation :
Maintain 100% adherence to our documentation requirments, ensuring every interaction is recorded in eAgent within 15 minutes.

Responsibilities The Traits We Value Experience :
3+ years in insurance sales (recent Allstate experience is a major plus).
Licensing :
Current Property & Casualty license is required; a Life license is a significant advantage.
