We're currently hiring a multi-skilled Entry-Leven Automotive Service Writer (Service Advisor) to join our growing team. Position Overview This is a hybrid role combining: Service Writer / Service Advisor duties Office Assistant responsibilities (filing, scanning, organizing) Courtesy Driver (local customer transport, pickup/drop-off) Vehicle State Inspector (must have a valid Texas State Inspection License ) Why Work at Friendswood Auto Center? Major Holidays Work Schedule :

Monday -

Friday:

7:00 AM to 6:00

PM Saturday:

7:00 AM to 4:00

PM Primary Responsibilities Include:

Greet all customers politely and professionally — in person and by phone Schedule service appointments and gather vehicle information Clearly explain requested services and write repair orders Estimate cost and time for repairs Maintain customer communication and manage expectations Advise on vehicle maintenance and proper care Perform filing, scanning, and general office tasks Provide local courtesy rides and vehicle pickup/drop-off Perform Texas State Inspections (license required)

Requirements:
