Major Holidays Work Schedule :
Monday -
Friday:
7:00 AM to 6:00
PM Saturday:
7:00 AM to 4:00
PM Primary Responsibilities Include:
Greet all customers politely and professionally — in person and by phone Schedule service appointments and gather vehicle information Clearly explain requested services and write repair orders Estimate cost and time for repairs Maintain customer communication and manage expectations Advise on vehicle maintenance and proper care Perform filing, scanning, and general office tasks Provide local courtesy rides and vehicle pickup/drop-off Perform Texas State Inspections (license required)
Requirements:
