Skincare Customer Experience Specialist 1619 State Road 11, Hazel Green, WI 53811 $20

  • Part-time, Full-time $20
  • $22 an hour
  • Part-time, Full-time Join the BEE-OCH Organics Hive as Our Skincare Customer Experience Specialist!
Hey Bee-autiful, WELCOME to the Hive! BEE-OCH Organics is whole-body wellness with an attitude problem. Our mission? To rid your daily routine of every last synthetic chemical. We make skincare, mineral makeup, pro-aging products, hair care, deodorants, and outdoor actives — all with a FULL 5-step ingredient traceback system all the way back to the farmers who grew them. Every product is USDA Organic Certified, 100% natural, and made right here in our Hazel Green, Wisconsin facility. If we can't make it 100% clean, we don't make it. Period. Are You Our Customer Experience Specialist? Our customers aren't just buying skincare — they're making a lifestyle change, and they need someone in their corner who actually gives a dang. Not someone who has heard of clean beauty. Someone who lives it. Someone who reads ingredient labels, who has made the switch, who gets genuinely excited telling another person why what they put on their skin matters. We're looking for a Skincare Customer Experience Specialist who is warm, sharp, product-obsessed, and ready to show up every single day — in person, on the floor, in the mix with our team — to deliver the kind of customer experience that turns first-time buyers into lifelong hive members. This is a full-time, fully in-person role at our Hazel Green, WI facility. For the first six months, you will be on-site every day. After that, hybrid remote is available based on performance at manager discretion. If consistent in-person availability isn't something you can commit to right now, this isn't the right fit — and that's okay. Why This Role Matters You're not just answering questions — you're educating customers, building trust, and representing a brand that genuinely stands for something. When a customer isn't sure which products are right for their skin, you'll know. When something goes wrong with an order, you'll make it right. When someone is skeptical about clean beauty, you'll show them the difference. Every interaction you have is a chance to strengthen the relationship between BEE-OCH and the people we serve. And when the customer queue is quiet? You're not sitting around. You're on the production floor, helping pack orders, label products, and support the fulfillment team. This is a whole-hive role — you show up wherever you're needed, and you take pride in all of it. What You'll Do Customer Communication & Experience Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, text, phone, and social media with professionalism and genuine product knowledge Manage and respond to Facebook and Instagram comments and DMs in our brand voice — warm, educational, never corporate Handle incoming calls and voicemails with a friendly, knowledgeable approach Maintain our 24-hour response standard across all channels Product Education & Recommendations Learn our full product line inside and out — ingredients, skin types, routines, and the science behind what we make Help customers identify the right products for their specific skin concerns and goals Educate customers on our USDA Organic Certification and 5-step ingredient traceback system Identify opportunities to recommend complementary products that genuinely fit a customer's needs Order & Account Management Assist with order placement, modifications, and tracking Process returns and exchanges per company policy; issue store credit accurately Manage customer accounts, Pollen Points rewards, store credit, and subscription updates Handle billing inquiries and payment issues with care and accuracy Problem Resolution Investigate and resolve customer concerns with empathy and efficiency Escalate complex situations to management when appropriate Document recurring issues and contribute feedback to improve our processes Follow up to make sure every customer feels taken care of Backend Operations Support Assist the order fulfillment team with packing, labeling, and shipping during slower customer service periods Support the production team with small-batch cosmetics manufacturing as needed Contribute to inventory organization, receiving, and general facility operations Show up as a true team player — no task is beneath you, and the team will feel that What We're Looking For Someone who actually uses clean, organic, or natural beauty products — this isn't a role for someone who is "open to learning about it," it's a role for someone who already cares Outstanding written and verbal communication skills — warm, clear, and never robotic Patient, empathetic, and solution-focused when things go sideways Able to manage multiple platforms and conversations simultaneously without dropping anything Comfortable with hands-on physical work — you'll be on your feet, packing orders and supporting production regularly Fast, accurate typing skills — live chat moves quickly Reliable, consistent, and self-directed — you don't need to be managed to do a great job Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of customer service experience (retail, call center, hospitality, or similar) Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficient typing skills (60+ WPM preferred) Reliable transportation and a consistent, punctual attendance record Ability to commute to Hazel Green, WI 53811 — this is a full-time, in-person role

We're a USDA Organic Certified clean beauty brand, and part of this role is genuinely educating customers about ingredients, why they matter, and what makes BEE-OCH different. We're not looking for someone who is "familiar with" clean beauty — we're looking for someone who actually lives it.
