Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) comprised of: 10 hours/week of facilitator (admin) duties at $35 per hour 30 hours/week of direct care at $25 / REG hour and $20.50 / OVN hour You are allowed to sleep during OVN shifts! About Us:
Inclusive Community Resources, LLC is an agency dedicated to supporting adults with developmental disabilities in living independently in their own homes. We are currently seeking a full-time Support Facilitator who will also provide direct in-home caregiving support to a client in Livermore. About the
Client:
The client is a woman in her 40s who is nonverbal and uses a wheelchair. She requires support with activities of daily living, including toileting, bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and feeding. She is weight-bearing and requires assistance with transfers to and from her wheelchair. She benefits from consistent structure, active engagement, and regular community involvement. At times, she may experience behavioral challenges, and responds best to calm, patient support and a structured environment. We are seeking someone who is able to remain calm and composed in these situations, and who can actively support the client with de-escalation and emotional regulation. The ideal candidate is patient, attentive, and comfortable working in environments that may require quick thinking and a steady, supportive approach. We encourage paraprofessionals, RBTs, and people with Special Education experience to apply!
Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented individual who is also creative, adaptable, and easygoing. This role combines administrative responsibilities with hands-on direct support.
Key Responsibilities include:
Supervising the client's direct support team Providing direct care and personal support to the client (30 hours/week and as needed) Screening, hiring, and training staff Completing administrative tasks (reports, emails, documentation, phone calls) Researching and coordinating community activities for the client Supporting team communication and operations Additional duties as assigned
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate has a strong administrative background and is comfortable managing multiple responsibilities. You should be proactive, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong experience with Google Sheets and administrative systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience working with individuals with disabilities (preferred minimum of 1 year) Leadership or supervisory experience is highly preferred Ability to remain flexible and work with a variety of personalities and needs RBTs and individuals with behavioral support experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed) High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of 1 year experience supporting individuals with disabilities (preferred) Must pass a DOJ background check prior to employment Must obtain CPR/First Aid certification and a clear TB test Must be fully vaccinated and boosted against
