$20•$24 per hour on W2 #LP Job Summary:
This role focuses on providing exceptional technical support to customers via email and phone, ensuring timely resolution of issues and account management. You will actively engage with customers, troubleshoot their technical challenges with our software, and meticulously document all interactions to maintain service level agreements and a positive customer experience. A strong customer-focused approach and technical aptitude are essential for success in this dynamic position.Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers empathetically, actively listen to their concerns, and identify technical issues. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and phone to meet service level agreements. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software installation, account management, and billing. Document all customer interactions, including contact information and troubleshooting steps, in detail. Utilize knowledge base content and internal resources to effectively qualify and escalate customer requests when necessary.Must Have Skills:
2+ years of customer support experience via chat, email, and phone. Proficiency in computer systems, software, and Google Suite. Excellent communication and active listening skills with a customer-centric approach.Domain/Industry Experience:
