%Health, %Dental, and Life insurance available We're seeking an Entry-Level Software Support Representative to join our team at a leading Orthodontic Software Company. This remote role is ideal for someone with strong communication and problem-solving skills who is eager to grow in the software support field. The candidate will be required to answer incoming phone calls, emails, chats, and other client communication regarding questions on software use and troubleshooting client issues. This is a remote (work from home) position.
Hours of Operation:
Monday
- Thursday 6:00 AM
- 6:00 PM Friday
- 6:00 AM
- 5:00 PM Hours of operation are based on the Mountain time zone
Shift Assignment:
Monday
- Friday, 9-hour Shifts (8 working hours + 1 hour unpaid lunch).
Assigned shifts are based on Mountain Time. Employer Will Provide Computer iPad Keyboard Mouse Headset Paid Training Training period will last ~2 weeks Other job resources
Candidate Will Provide:
Quiet, dedicated work space Reliable internet connection Minimum internet speeds: 50 Mbps download, 25 Mbps upload
Responsibilities:
Answering phones, emails, chats, and other client communication in an efficient and timely manner. Utilizing a ticketing system to log client communication that includes detailed and informative notes. Answering client questions and educating clients on proper software use. Troubleshooting software and applicable hardware problems/issues that arise. Following up with clients on their open tickets until they are resolved. Consistently working to resolve all open tickets. Software testing.
Required Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you'll need: Excellent verbal and written communication Strong computer literacy Effective problem solving Skills Good time management High attention to detail Self-Motivation and proactive thinking U.S. Resident Preferred Qualifications 1 year software help desk or IT support experience Familiarity with orthodontic terminology or workflows Experience with practice management software
