This role serves as the first point of contact for inquiries, appointment coordination, and general veterinary information. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries from pet owners and veterinary professionals. Schedule and coordinate appointments and consultations. Gather and document client and patient information accurately. Provide general information regarding veterinary services and resources. Escalate urgent medical concerns to licensed veterinary personnel when appropriate. Maintain professionalism and empathy during all client interactions. Meet service quality and response-time standards. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous call center, customer service, healthcare, or veterinary experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong computer and data entry skills. Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
