Job Description:
Ready to take your healthcare customer service experience to the next level? LaSalle Network is hiring remote Customer Service Representatives for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a national leader in benefit plan administration. Customer Service Representative Responsibilities Handle high call volumes from patients with benefit inquiries Break down complex details like copays, coinsurance, deductibles, coverage and EOBs Assist with claims processing as needed Engage directly with both providers and members to ensure resolution Customer Service Representative Requirements Must bring recent commercial insurance experience Solid background in explaining EOBs 2+ years of member-facing customer service experience in healthcare
Logistics Work Model:
Fully remote with equipment provided
Compensation:
$18.00 per hour
