Bryson's, established in 1969, is seeking a highly motivated person to join our service team based in Everett, WA.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The Warranty Administrator fields all warranty requests, processes all bus warranty claims by initiating warranty repair orders, filing the corresponding warranty claims with the manufacturer, and ensuring claims are paid.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Process all completed warranty claim forms from customers in a timely manner, following up with the customer when additional information is necessary.
  • Enter all warranty work done on a bus, initiating and settling a warranty repair order (RO).
  • Ensure receipt of all defective warranty parts and return to manufacturer.
  • File a warranty claim with the manufacturer for all warranty ROs created.
  • Issue customer credits (repair ROs) for warranty parts they purchased initially and/or labor they performed, where necessary.
  • Coordinate with Service Director to contact customers to notify/schedule recall work to be done on their buses.
  • Perform other assigned duties on an occasional basis that are in the best interest of the company and/or employee.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with customers, vendors, and coworkers to achieve tangible results
  • Attention to detail and understanding of processes
  • Logistical & scheduling skills to achieve cost-effective results
  • Analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Automotive, mechanical and/or parts knowledge preferred, but not required.
Position is full-time, non-exempt, Mon-Fri. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, Paid Holidays, 401k, & HSA or FSA upon meeting eligibility requirements. Compensation is DOE. All job offers are contingent upon passing a pre-employment drug test.
