Role:

This is a hybrid role combining: Lead management & conversion In-person consultations Hands-on support with wellness devices Client relationship building and retention You will play a key role in helping clients choose and move forward with treatment plans—making this a sales-driven position with strong earning potential .

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and respond to inbound leads (phone, text, CRM) Conduct consultations for wellness devices (training provided) Guide clients through treatment plans and pricing options Perform and assist with device sessions (training provided) Deliver an exceptional, personalized client experience Support retention, follow-up, and upselling of services Collaborate with providers and team members

Ideal Candidate:

You are: Confident in sales conversations and closing Warm, personable, and relationship-driven Organized and comfortable with CRM systems (Go High Level a plus) Passionate about wellness, aesthetics, or functional medicine Preferred backgrounds: Aesthetician LPN / Medical Assistant Medspa / cosmetic sales Fitness or wellness sales Hospitality (high-end service + upselling experience)

From $20.00 per hour
